I joined as employee #16 and helped grow the studio to over 100 people. When I joined, the company had just shipped their independent title Windforge and was pivoting toward co-development — a focus that continued through their eventual acquisition by Keywords Studios.

As engineering lead across multiple concurrent teams, my contributions varied widely by project — from full IC work on some titles to pure technical direction and people management on others.

Projects spanned web, mobile, PC and console, with the majority being for AAA studios. Technical work included open world streaming, procedural world generation, a visual scripting compiler, and an AI system for NPC traffic behavior.
